I use Ajovy for migraines and yes it hurts but only for a few seconds.
I learned that letting it warm up for more than 30 minutes helps - the colder it is the more it hurts. Also find a more “cushioned” section as that’s less painful.
Love it though as my migraines are completely gone!!
