A peculiarity with me is that my circadian rhythm is closer to 25 hours on average. my sleep schedule "wobbles", slightly out of phase with the real day/night cycle. every day i rest later, and then rest a very consistent duration just as if I had a set bedtime and wake time on a 25 hour clock.
