Honest question: why do we need keyboard sounds on phones? Is there an accessibility use case that I'm missing?

The first post is a screenshot of a Threads interaction where one person is asking if it's ok to shame 40+ year old people for being on social media. The reply to that comment goes into various details about early social media and Internet usage detailing how they were there from the start and ends with the line "I have a username older than you". The next post on Bluesky says "we turned away from the light when we invented a way to online without the computer screaming in warning."
The juxtaposition of these two posts is uncanny
