My new PBM is forcing me me to do mail order by charging outrageous copays at a pharmacy. I weirdly enjoy my mom and pop pharmacy in the Bronx, they do my flu & covid shots, the pharmacist speaks 4 languages. I’m pissed that my PBM is charging me 2x to get me to give up a regular human interaction!

I don't know the answers to your questions and I don't know if a city shoveler hit my sidewalk. It might have been the building porter. Mamdani did talk about issuing summonses to buildings that didn't shovel it themselves, which they're legally required to do.
