I kept hearing the phrase “all politics is local” but a lot of folks behavior does not sync to that.
Yeah, it’s been interesting reading about the arguments in local politics.
I haven’t carried for over a decade and I’m not sure I ever want to again.
Reading the Ambrose biography (I know I know) and reading about his “sympathies for the Southern Cause” reminded me never to put people on a pedestal.
Actions speak though, and he did take action, even if it was forced.
