We need a new tax on the wealthy in Portland that is called “the Andrew Hoan tax” to claw back some of the $ that subsidizes this reactionary’s salary.
andrew hoan is probably more personally responsible for the state of portland than anyone else in the city. can’t think of another person who’s done more work to drive businesses out of downtown and make it less livable

I personally am more concerned about my public dollars helping pay 45% of Andrew Hoan's $333,000 salary through Clean & Safe. PERSONALLY.
