I daily have to explain to people this at work now.

I show them how amazing it is for programming, or helping figure out excel formulas, but summarizing or (my god) analysis they should avoid it.

This infuriates me.

Then a call of "21" comes out and there is no laughter.

No nothing.

"Why didn't anyone laugh?" is asked to JD and he response "Some people just can't tell a joke."

It goes quiet again and a yell of "91" and more laughter.

The nervous person asks JD, what is going on and JD explains that they have been there so long that they have numbered all jokes. So instead of saying the entire joke, they just yell out the number.

I have a joke about this.

Someone goes to jail, they are nervous, the get to their cell and they have a bunk mate named JD.

That night, the guards leave and yell "night" and turn off the lights. The jail goes quiet, then someone shouts out "42" and everyone starts laughing.

Aren't you in this argument saying that a person talking to an AI would think of them as they think of a friend in terms of experience?

If a person went to a friend who is a lawyer and asked the question, isn't that weighted different then them talking to a friend they know isn't a lawyer?
