It's crazy to me how it went from the highs of Toni/Mariah to what it is now. It's not a knock on the talent at all; it's just they have such little time every show. How can they expect them to get over whatsoever if there's not room to let feuds/stories breathe and build properly?
Idk why they haven't dropped tickets yet. They'll do good regardless I expect but presumably they're waiting for a big match or two to drive intrigue
I, for one, don't think AEW's above criticism. Their booking of the women's division leaves a lot to be desired, so @thatbaldbro.bsky.social kindly let me have a rant about it 😂

After WrestleDream I'd love a complete new direction for like 80-85% of the roster tbh. Feels like for the first time since mid 2024 that a few feuds feel a little tired.
I hear you! It's definitely not at the same level as it was pre-All In. Last night's episode was good but really lacked in areas. The Mox-Darby stuff was fantastic.
AEW always hits a creative lull between Sept-Nov, then picks up again during the C2. It'll come back! They don't miss on PPV so ⏰

You can argue that, yes, anything less than 'fantastic' is probably a bit of a letdown 😅
It just goes to show how consistently good the PPVs have been since early 2024 til now. Most have been 8/10 minimum!
