Greymarket scooters don't have the same level of battery QA as a big name auto manufacturer. Also lots of cars available with LFP which is far more stable. Have been driving EV for 10 years and about 300,000km now with no issues.

Water jet cutting, it certainly works with pure water but what you're describing sounds like there's garnet added. It's a pretty common CNC process now
