Agreed.

If I was to categorise β€˜legacy ways of thinking and doing’ as one of those three ingredients, I’m inclined to think it’s mostly about trust.

Leaders trusting teams to make decisions and deliver. Teams trusting leaders will back them and enable them.

It is probably in the docs, but are migrations two way? For example can I convert an existing project to jj and then back to git if I don’t get on with it.

I hope they don’t and instead put some of that money to invest in people in Wales. Keep talent and draw people from the private sector.

Never gets old seeing a designer make their first code change, it update in the browser before their own eyes, and them instantly realise that their practice will never be the same again πŸ₯°

Cropped close up of the sloppy AI mixer from one of the product photos.

The main body of the mixer has something similar to a graph with a horizontal and vertical lines. On the graph is a single control which looks like it would have to slide across the surface to be used.

Not important to the image, but still fun to point out, the turntables have no arms. They might read from the bottom/back β€” but that is a generous interpretation.

Though I will say the X-Y mixer does look like it would be interesting

Hopefully whoever buys it for you doesn’t also buy you the turntables from the photos πŸ™ˆ

If you’ve got a lot of USB A needs, I’d daisy chain a smaller hub off the big one to keep it to one cable πŸ˜„

I bought a second hand CalDigit TS3+ on eBay which has been solid. If you have a bit more budget I’d look at TS4 or TS5 depending on your port needs :)
