He says they're unsubstantiated. We don't know if they're unsubstantiated.
He says they're unsubstantiated. We don't know if they're unsubstantiated.
And we still don't have the original FBI case files
37 pages
I'll also note that we still appear to be missing a ton of pages from this woman's file. There were at least *53 pages* missing (that we know about) and we still don't seem to have all of them β specifically the FBI's contemporaneous notes for these interviews
This is DOUBLY important because we know there are also agent notes associated with the first three interviews (because they were provided to Maxwell for trial), but we don't know if there are notes associated with the fourth interview β we know no notes given. What did agents write in those notes?
That's importantβthis is 2019. The Mueller report 6 months earlier said Mueller per OLC guidance can investigate a sitting president but can't contemplate charges. In interview 4, the agents don't say if they corrected her when she incorrectly assumed there's a statute of limitations on her claims
Quick note: I'm traveling through Saturday, but I've read the FBI interviews with the woman who accused Trump of sexually assaulting her when she was a child. Significant redactions (and redacted dates for some reason?) and these aren't original FBI case files. We don't know what else is in her file
We know the FBI wanted her to cooperate on the investigation and she refused. Does the FBI want people to cooperate on unsubstantiated/non-credible claims or claims that have no chance of being proven?
Yeah but βAFAWKSFβ we donβt know if theyβre unsubstantiated! We do know that the other Trump allegations were deemed unsubstantiated. Not hers.
The victim didnβt want to cooperate with the FBI on the investigation. Thatβs not a cover-up. You canβt risk her safety against her will for a possible political W, and she had reported threats. The cover-up is this DOJ withholding information in defiance of the law
Not trying to dunk on Kyle, but I need to reinforce that we donβt know if these allegations were substantiated! While the first tip was on the same sheet as the unsubstantiated claims, FBI noted why the others werenβt credible. This one, they set up an intvw, then 3 more. And wanted her to cooperate
These are different from the tips released in December β the fbi noted on that document specifically when those werenβt credible or probative etc. This initial tip was also on that document, but the fbi didnβt say any of those things. Instead, they set up an interview with her. Then at least 3 more.
We donβt know if theyβre unsubstantiated
Seems natural to hammer White House advisers, State Dept, Pentagon, and intelligence agencies for their accounts of how exactly we wound up in this war so quickly, since they failed to stop it and bear responsibility. They wonβt want the stink on them, but they also need to legitimize JD & Rubio

PBS just ran a long-form interview with @stphnfwlr.com, the NPR reporter who first confirmed my Epstein reporting and found the DOJ is withholding at least 53 pages of FBI records related to the Trump accuser. Informative & clear summary, and worth your time www.youtube.com/watch?v=f2iG...
The NYT interview is even worse www.nytimes.com/2026/03/01/u...

NEW: Four federal judges have formed a firewall against ICE in West Virginia β and say theyβll punish state and federal officials of they continue detaining people in ways they have ruled illegal and unconstitutional.

Man it was so much fun
Might not be terrorism, for sure, but worth recognizing the potential risks Trump created. Lone gunman, random, the night after Trump broke international law & assassinated the theocratic leader of a Muslim country. In any event we canβt let this admin hijack excuses for mass surveillance state etc
Totally fair, and we should, but itβs also a wildly different context than if this had happened on, say, Friday night
We just assassinated the theocratic leader of a Muslim country
Same bar where I played Free Bird (yes sorry) with my brother not long ago, one of the happiest moments of my life
The FBI is investigating a βpotential nexus to terrorismβ after a deadly mass shooting outside a bar in downtown Austin late last night

Thankfully, we can be confident the President of the United States does indeed remember that the world has seen nukes before, so he canβt mean that
Remember how Trump's SOTU included a line about how he'd stopped eight wars, including Israel v. Iran?
