my favourite part of the songwriting stage is when u have all these cool little bits of a song but no clue how to glue them together so u just open the project file, listen to all the bits, go "yeah these are cool," and then close the project file

i worked retail for all of 3 weeks when i was 16 and it was enough to leave me legitimately traumatised
