I think use of AI in your line of work, whether we’re talking art or tech, is just loudly presenting to everyone alive that you have zero inclination of working on yourself and that you plan on dying without having ever achieved anything you set out to do and that you’re totally cool with that

Stepping Out on #Apollo9 March 1969...
Rusty Schweickart reaches the top of the handrail.
Once outside, Schweickart used the radio call sign β€œRed Rover” because of his rust-colored hair. He was attached to the LM with a twenty-five-foot tether.

One of the few minor illnesses that prevents me from sleeping even a wink, even with NyQuil or Tylenol PM. If I can’t lie flat against a surface, which I couldn’t, I can’t sleep.

It was also shocking that Travolta went from clean cut goofball roles in Kotter and Grease to this, an inversion of that character who is angry, frustrated and violent.

Booomarked to try all the ones out that I missed!

Are there any excellent modern day adventure games that kind of pay homage to these?

Nap Comix #379

I was a guest at London Comic Con Spring last weekend and I took the boys with me. Henry really likes comic cons these days so it's always a good time. He was obsessed with this 'Garlic' and followed it around for ages, haha!

A montage of black and white midcentury advertisement art including: a skull wearing a crown, a little girl praying, a woman putting a finger to her lips and making a thoughtful expression with a ? next to her head, and another woman making a very frowny face while holding in front of her a mask of her own face making a very manic expression. A speech bubble coming from the little girl contains mismatched typography reading, β€˜Maybe it will happen today’. This is all on a toned paper background and make to look crumpled and worn.

When Terry Pratchett died it struck me that our door to the world inside his mind was forever closed. Other people could write Discworld books of course, but they would be their own interpretation - not bad but inherently different. I realised each human mind is a unique, limited resource
