I haven't watch a #Canucks game for quite some time. I did tune it tonight to see if they could beat the lowly #BlackHawks. It wasn't pretty and they were sloppy at times, they came out with a W in what seems like forever. Maybe with the trade deadline behind them, they can play more relaxed.

I was in the mood for banana bread since we had some extra ripe bananas in the house. This loaf is vegan and gluten free. It has raisins and shredded coconut. It is sweetened with xylitol. For the liquid, I used coconut milk. For the fat, I used avocado oil. It turned out great! #veganfood
