Landmann, New Hampshire, by 1992 Moche artists were close observers of the natural world, and their early ceramics often depicted animals with considerable fidelity. Made before molds were commonly used, these effigies demonstrate an expansion of the sculptural possibilities of clay vessels. Some vessels captured salient features of animals two-dimensionally; in later centuries, slip painting would become the favored means to convey ideas.β

our eyes behold the vesper light
If you're doomscrolling, guess what? So far there are 51 kΔkΔpΕ chicks hatched and thriving this season, the same number of birds as we had in TOTAL in the 90s! Only one chick has died and there are still fertile eggs waiting to hatch!
No more neon hardcover dust jackets. We have enough eye burning green covers with a piece of clip art on it.
Which is probably a snake some flowers and a womanβs lips.

Meta has a history of torturing their moderators and providing NOTHING in the way of mental health care. How do I know? Because I used to be a moderator for Meta and I got a $3,500 settlement for the PTSD they gave me.
When we tried to unionize, they moved their moderation to the Philippines.
This is the point. If your vaunted trillion-dollar military can't get through a few days of airstrikes because you've consolidated the industrial base so badly, then you don't have a trillion-dollar military, you just have contractors in No. Virginia getting rich
Oh, now this can ABSOLUTELY fuck off!
Who can reply: anyone, nobody, people who can be normal about it.

You canβt have a half hearted effort for an epilepsy safe video, thereβs no way to guarantee it for some people with epilepsy.
Which means the warnings need to be slow, legible, clear and read aloud.
It annoys me so much how little people understand about epilepsy.
I remember people commenting on a particular wwe wrestlerβs entrance for being heavy on strobes being too much for epileptic watchers.
Mf every single graphic and pyro on raw/smackdown could cause a seizure in someone photosensitive.
If the flashing images warning isnβt clearly stated aloud, on a still, clearly legible screen and given at least six seconds for someone to read it, it is fucking useless.
I think video editors need to be sat down and given a basic understanding of epilepsy.
Choppy editing and fast cuts can also trigger seizures.
I keep seeing epilepsy warnings that give you two seconds to read them. I saw one just now that had a flash on the screen BEFORE THE WARNING POPPED UP.

My photo shows the front of a warm-yellow coloured Minoan clay flask, hand painted in black with a frontally depicted octopus. The flask measures 27 cm (about 10.5 inches) in height. It has a short spout at the top with a small loop handle at either side. The octopus is swimming diagonally with its eight writhing, sucker-lined arms covering the whole surface of the flask. It stares out at the viewer with wide, almost cartoon-like eyes. Additional motifs include sea urchins, tritons, small rocks and seaweed. Minoan decoration depicting sea motifs is known by scholars as the βMarine Styleβ. The flask was excavated in 1903 at a Bronze Age settlement site at Palaikastro. The Palaikastro excavations, carried out between 1902 and 1906, were run by R. Bosanquet and R.M. Dawkins from the British School of Athens. The flask is part of the collections at Heraklion Archaeological Museum, Heraklion, Crete.

"I'll tell you something that's not so funny. Right now, Matt Goodwin is at the count for Gorton and Denton, crying like a little girl!"
Will Labour learn a lesson from this?
Will the fact a progressive party won by quite a massive amount be the talking point?
Will this move political discourse and government policy to the left?
Will they all shut up about immigration and accept it's a made up issue?
Probably not.
firstly, I'd like to congratulate the Greens on a hopeful, positive campaign, and a hopeful positive result, free of smears and division and personal insults. secondly I'd like to say fuck Matt Goodwin, fuck Reform, fuck the Labour Party, fuck all the toads in UK politics and media, have a shite day
