Rick Froberg, Singer and Guitarist in Drive Like Jehu and Hot Snakes, Dies at 55 His passing comes two weeks after posting that the new Hot Snakes record was “very near done”

Devastating loss. Both bands staples in my rotation. Saw HS at the Bell House & absolutely lost it at how good they were. Thought I’d get to see Jehu at some point, figured they had one more tour in them. 55 is way too young. Life is short.

Guess I’m just going to have to post through it over here, huh?
