I've played Garage Rock three times at protospiel events and it's a wonderful game. You all play packs of teenagers in the Big Hair era trying to break into the big time. It's a blast. Really looking forward to this one!

Vantage is a very different kind of game

Playing Vantage for the first time today. This is an AMAZING game. Wish Mr Stegmeiyer was on here so I could thank him directly.

I had to ask the online DMV for a verification code today.
It took 20 minutes to get the code.
And I'm thinking: why? How?

Liberals, when they win, may take care of someone you don't like. Conservatives, when they win, may hurt someone they don't like.

But ultimately, I don't wish that on these people, or any other. Maybe that's the difference, in this day and age, between liberals and conservatives.

If these weaklings had to actually endanger their lives to do this "job" - if they could get eaten by a monster - they wouldn't. They'd be back on the couch.

I told my wife the other day I sometimes fantasize there were demons or monsters, so these pathetic ice bastards could get the surprise of their (short) lives when they corner a victim.

... because if you can't make your life better, at least you can make someone else's worse.
