Meds interacting with alcohol are weird in general. Disulfiram mentioned, Acamprosate upregulates GABA and antagonises NMDA but probably does other stuff too, not sure if anyone even knows how Topiramate works, Emoxypine yet another slavic miracle drug but untested in the west... weird structures!
