Other than it taking 2 weeks for a day of repairs 😬, no complaints with Rivian service. They communicated often, provided a loaner, and delivered the truck to me at home. Front jounce blocks also replaced with revised components. No more squeaky suspension! That alone was worth the 2 week wait.
