My race route from Strava. “Tempo 2 miles”, which was 6.01 miles at a 9:33/mile pace (57:27). It was supposed to be 5.5 miles, not 2: that’s how long I ran at a faster pace. The route is all fucked up because I forgot how Englewood runs so I backtracked a bunch.
Update: I made it to the end of my block before the drizzle started.
It felt good for a tempo run though! Until I let myself get turned around on rails to trails (which I don’t go on unless I’m doing 6+ miles but decided to wing it) like a dummy.

In this Slay the Spire 2 run I appear to be at an impasse. I’m at -16 strength so I can’t do any damage to the boss, but I’m also at 42 dexterity so they can’t do any damage to me. It keeps lowering my strength and I keep raising my dexterity and maybe something will change eventually.
I can’t think of anything I want less than a show lead by a guy who defended Joss Whedon inspired by a book about how the the South was great, actually.

Blah, had to cut my run short and also not go as fast as I was supposed to. BUT it was my first outdoor run since maybe November so at least my dog could come! (She was also not into 7.5 miles… we did a little over 6 at least)
