should probably consolidate all of the self-hosted stuff on to one vps hmm...currently paying for DO and OVH but i think my OVH server should be able to handle a pds and a labeler on top of everything else that runs on it

this is the dilemma i face too :( it's a really good feed for keeping up on what's happening but quickly gets flooded with somewhat related but mainly conflict posts which get annoying to mute all the time

idk if a bsky shaped app is even the right medium for this kind of thing but i'd still want to see it first before making my judgement

community-only posts are needed so bad. we can limit which posts show up in a feed but can't limit the reach of said posts which sucks so much. really can't wait for Blacksky to implement this, want to see how the feed quality improves

i think at the very least i'd want to be able to filter, maybe by default it shows everything but i can filter down to just see what people are liking

Also, navigating directly to the PDS root url (e.g. blacksky.app) will redirect you to the OAuth account management page where you can manage your connected apps, view current sessions, and hopefully more in the future.

the macbook neo being 599 is great actually. i remember wanting a macbook so bad before entering tech but it was way out of my price range. if apple had them that cheap (and if i could have abused my student discount) when i was younger i def would have been able to afford one
