I've always maintained a good, slow burn way to vex a problematic neighbour or enemy is to sneak mint, lemon balm, morning glory and english ivy into their garden. Years of hassle.

The only way Sim and friends will stop doing things like this is if there are real repercussions. He tried to ruin someone's reputation, career and public life by telling a lie to media, and with zero proof. This type of defamation is still considered a crime, and punishable by jail time.

May I ask where reference to this secret document is? I went through the three documents listed on their survey, but don't see any mention, but perhaps I did not read carefully enough. Also see no mention of how their advisory committee is going to be chosen/organized.
I'm just happy it's washing all the salt away. People up here in Vancouver think you need to shovel it all over everything as soon as it gets to be 5 degrees close to freezing (it never does). One of my dogs gets a salt rash and it gets super boring to have to wash him 4 times daily after his walks.
