Loved it - back in the day I did a banner featuring me of course - put it on Social Media and got about two likes 🤣

🎥I watch a film from start to finish even if my experience/taste tell me I will not like it after 10 minutes, sometimes I'm wrong/sometimes correct. I stop/never pick up books or video games I dislike again believe or not; I am 63. 🤣

Last of UsPart II video game lasted very little time with me.

🎥I found an old drive with was stuff on there I didn't realise there was. Pushing myself, telling folk about what I do has been going on for a long time and has be wholly unsuccessful, time to give up I think.

I still remember the episode to this day - he, as usual, was great - I mean if it still rings a bell with any old fart like me decades later then you know it was good work.

I've been watching some of them - after some of the 'watch old stuff' shows on TV it is a nice change, I enjoy it.

If we did that, we'd have to start all over again unforunately, if it is retirement and leasehold you'll get exactly the same problems

His 'fans' and that is what they are, don't care, as long as he gets rid of non-white people and allows them to beat them up on the streets without being prosecuted, they don't care about getting extra jobs, having no pensions, and paying private health insurance. We get what we deserve.

They own the property, the communial building but not each individual flat, so the managment package is supplied by them and the leashold package - they hold them, we have to ask for them. The sit on their arses and look out window.

I think they are ok with that - tiny ground rent; the maintenance is £2000 or so pa and the last statement they had £39k balance so any big bills wouldn't cost anything - I think it is more admin and speed that is where they annoy people. They are supposedly aware of my stress and Chris' cancer....

Not sure it's power mate - as far as I can tell it is a new Leasehold - so they need a new leasehold pack to look at and the management pack and this company has to supply that. Sometimes that can take weeks and weeks and weeks because basically they don't care as far as I can tell.

They own the actually buildings I think - or they maintain them and the grounds for someone - so the gardens, footpaths, walls, the roofs, communial entrances and so forth; all maintained by them. We own the flat, until the lease runs out in 158 years then they own it again.

Yes, how do you make Grange Property Management Limited pull their finger out so that someone who wants to buy a flat that they maintain and get paid money to maintain by the very same people can actually buy the friggin' flat quite quickly.

There will be no NHS, they use the US system as an example. Yet millions of people still will vote for them, despite having to work harder and have two or three jobs, have fewer rights, and probably die of serious illnesses untreated - as long as they persecute people with brown skin, it's all good.

Not if the property management company don't actually decide to work like even 'normal humans' and get the documents across to the people who need them, we'll still be in holiday lets and rentable places until August at this friggin' rate.

You are not wrong there. Luckily my wife and I are into our final years...

So? The UK government will say, 'Pay them or get cut-off, my friends pay theirs. Sorry? Well yes some of them are millionaires but what has that got to do with it?'

Most of which I probably won't see - they are nearly always diluted, a near remake, or sometimes just crap.

I've been saying that about every war since I was about 10, my dad was in WW2 and he said the same and said despite what you hear in films and on TV a lot of servicemen hated Churchill and those rich politicians.
