Handling Feature Requests
As a developer, feature requests are a fact of life and one's stress level may vary based on the complexity of the requests you receive. So what's the best way to handle a feature request? Well, I'm not sure if there's a best way, but here's how I do it.
I've finally released the GraffitiSuite Documentation Viewer. Two years in the making getting all of the documentation in to the product source files, building a generator to convert all of that to HTML within SQLite, then creating the actual viewer app.

Over the last few days I've added or updated thousands upon thousands of descriptions for GraffitiSuite product class members in the IDE (mostly automated, but still manually reviewed).
Desktop and Mobile are done, starting Web later. In the IDE in the next release!
Website is currently down due to an issue in the datacenter. Should be resolved soon (I hope).

For the last few days, as I get time, I've been working on this. It's only one step in a multi-year process to modernize the documentation and make it available offline. Of course there's no ETA for completion of the entire project, but this step is, at least, almost complete.
