If journalists fail to do their homework to substantiate claims and publish defamatory material, the law is very clear that the journalists and their publishers are implicated as well. Choosing to ignore our notice that sources claiming to be familiar with TST operations are often bad actors who spread misinformation, and not permitting us the opportunity to provide facts that disprove their assertions, will be considered malicious intent. Please include this objection and the above screenshot in your article, as well. Last, I caution you against making statements that even imply the existence of a provably-false statement of fact, which false statement has a tendency to harm TST's interests. Just stick to matters of verified truth or pure opinion, and we will have peace. Otherwise, prepare for litigation.
