So a thing I recently did on my phone, keep in mind I’m on iphone. I hid my youtube and tiktok app so the only way to access them is by going on the app store and searching it up. It adds a barrier of entry so I am opening them less while still having some access to them.

Another thing is you need to have a consistent sleep and waking time for your body to start following a routine. I fell into the trap of snoozing too much and staying up past my bedtime and that completely destroyed any routine that I had.
