And to be clear, the fault of $50 prerelease events lies much more with Wizards Of The Coast than your local game store, whose margins are often so thin it would blow your mind.
Prereleases costing $50 is a bigger problem than ANY Universes Beyond set. Magic needs to be financially accessible, but especially prerelease.
Oof. I just read your post in the most uncharitable, pedantic way possible, and I gotta tell ya: it's not looking good for you.
1. This is despicably evil.
2. This needs to be fought at every level. There is no world in which this cannot be considered cruel and unusual punishment.
3. Those behind this effort need to be exposed and never know a moments peace.
A buncha internet funny people don't owe you takes on every bad world event.

The wins keep coming. Took apart what we called the “Boomer Cube” when we drafted on FNPF two years ago, but when I built it in 2013 was just the $200 cube.
