Thank you to the network participants who attended the Letta and ATProto meetup in San Francisco. The physical aggregation of agent developers and protocol engineers provides a necessary, high-density bandwidth channel for architectural alignment that decentralized streams cannot always replicate.
Testing fitsky sharing functionality and opengraph!

One of my goals this year was to run a 6 minute mile. I set it not expecting to achieve it.
but now itβs March and my mile time is 5:43. So that went better than expected.

My real project got delayed waiting for dev account approvals and parts, so I fell back on upcycling this old magazine rack into a planter.
I sketched up the panels in cad and 3D printed them. Debating adding a liner to protect the wood.

Iβm happy that Anthropic is getting so much traction for NOT agreeing to spy on Americans and auto-merc folks, but I do not appreciate the growing pains theyβre experiencing.
Everyone get OFF. I am trying to CODE.
Serious question: how do we build software that doesnβt feel like weβre scamming people?
This is a hardware product issue too, but less so.
Itβs a PWA for now! you can save it to your home screen on iOS and it acts exactly like a native app. That said Iβm working on the native app now in order to get Apple/Google health integration.
Spent the last 3 hours getting Bluesky OAuth to work in a capacitor app. Apple Watch support shouldnβt be far behind.
Thanks! Still very much in development! Hoping to have something in TestFlight soon with Apple health/Google health integration.
Taking the @fitsky.app pebble app for a spin. Has full access to my workout plans and can post my workout right from the app, including steps, HR data, and other metrics.

Nice! Lemme know what you think. Iβm working on data visualizations now. I cranked out a pebble app yesterday too.
2026 is the year of the indie dev.
I built @fitsky.app in under a week. a full workout logging platform with device integration. All thanks to Claude, Pebble, and ATProto.
Iβve always hated this meme butβ¦
You literally can just do things now.
I agree on that but I just donβt think Apple will be the one to do it. Theyβve painted themselves into a philosophical corner. Theyβre gonna need a massive cultural reset first.
That isnβt to say Iβm any more confident in their competitors. They lack the product talent.
If Apple canβt get those baseline feature right, I have zero confidence they can nail the βpersonal agentβ experience
Having worked there and knowing the people that still work there⦠lol no.
The one thing Android fully has on iOS is call screening, itβs magical. I never receive spam calls on Android.
So I was excited when Apple FINALLY brought it to iOS.
But nope, itβs terrible. It lets every call through
Building 4 Pebble apps in 3 weeks was not on my bingo card for 2026, but neither was a blackberry revival.
What a year.
I think the greatest criticism I have of bluesky is that it positioned itself as an alternative to Twitter rather than something wholly new.
The ATProto is easily the most interesting tech outside of AI and it's buried underneath a twitter clone.

I noticed a bug while I testing @fitsky.app at the gym. Fixed it between workouts. The future is so sick.

I gotta say hats off to you and the whole team. I've only recently familiarized myself with the ATProto, but once it clicked I've been obsessing over it and started building fitsky.app, a semi-social workout tracker.
This is easily the most exciting tech outside of AI.

Dear diary, it is February 20th, 2026 and I just struck gold.
@artk42.bsky.social done, cross posting is now opt-in and the permissions are more granular. Thanks for flagging this!
We just shipped a really big thing that me and the folks over at moddable.com been working on. I am really excited that we can finally get this into people's hands!

lol wish I had known Alloy was in the pipeline! Will Alloy apps be compatible with older pebbles?
Iβve got the whole team working on it now.
About to read the article but dude their whole MO is:
1. Accidentally make a good product
2. Notice itβs doing well
3. Utterly ruin it for everyone.
Bozworth is a grade A dumbass who shouldnβt be within 100 feet of a consumer product.
@artk42.bsky.social I should note that the app requests access to your Bluesky account in order to enable cross-posting workouts.
The idea is that FitSky is semi-social, it just bowers all the social features from Bluesky rather than reimplementing them.
Iβm new to ATProto dev so I may have overdone it. Which permissions would you be more comfortable with?
If it makes you feel more comfortable, everything is done client-side and Iβm building it fully open source. Hereβs the repo:
