I saw it in Cork maybe a while ago. Feckin' sweet wrappers, through the whole show. He was great though.

Have you read Unsung Hero? It is so good. I didnโ€™t like the show as much as I thought I would, but it is an amazing production.

When I worked @bas.ac.uk I walked past a huge portrait of him (the one with the armful of puppies) every morning ๐Ÿ˜€

If you are interested to understand the ins and out of the Climate Change Advisory Council's equity assessment of Ireland's carbon budgets @swimsure.bsky.social and @ejni.bsky.social released a working paper last week that applies a consistent 'Paris Test' across the carbon budgets.

Deliberate democracy experiments constantly show that people can agree on sufficiency policies that increase the well-being of the majority.

On the contrary, in the real representative democracy our parties pursue limited self-interest of institutions and corporations, and themselves.

I regularly see people wondering how it's possible that there are so many musicians and writers and film makers and artists from a tiny nation like Iceland.

And the answer is really simple: State funding for art education and artists. I literally get a salary from the government to write books.
