Some amazing groups I'm more involved in recently: IGDA Dallas (obviously!), Oak Lawn Band (yay percussion!), Dallas Bears (not arts-based but still LGBTQ+ based), and inching closer into involvement with North Texas LGBT Chamber of Commerce by attending events and such. And of course Crystal Prism.

Volunteering for local arts-based orgs has lifted my spirits in so many ways during this time of increased social/political challenges for underrepresented folks. Leaning into community and offering support-be it funding, time, or effort-will fill your cup. I promise.
