I just spent like 3 hours optimizing my word counting bash script for incredibly miniscule performance gains.

Also, don't look to combine ls with parallel for performance gains. For some reason it's slower than find+sort+xargs, and ls doesn't play nice with xargs for some reason?

VR still has holdouts partly because of VR porn. Cryptocurrency sometimes gets used by some porn sites as a comparatively anonymous payment method, as it does elsewhere, so it hasn't disappeared.

But the porn industry basically never touched NFTs.
