Labour are making great progress with their bills in Parliament at the moment!
No fewer than 5 bills will have their 3rd reading in the Lords this coming week, signalling the end of core passage through Parliament, with only any amendments left to agree on.

Both Badenoch and the again Shadow Foreign Secretary, Priti Patel, have made horrendous and disgusting comments this week.
At a time we need all of Parliament to pull together, the Tories have made it extra personal with disgusting attacks. They have sunk to a new low.

That's shameful, #Fullfact.
We aren't even 2 years into a 5 year Parliament.
Its far too soon to say this appears off track - there have been plenty of improvements to living standards introduced already, & many more coming in April.
Your analysis looks more biased every day.

Given the unanimous reporting of our media wanting us to join an illegal war the citizens of this country are not buying it.
Have the media barons pushed the public too far? I do hope so. I think their anti Starmer rhetoric has worn very thin.

Letter from the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care to Baroness Casey of Blackstock DBE CB
The Commission will continue it's worth this year and is expected to start up a national conversation, which will likely have many opportunities for people to engage with the Commission's work.
It's really good to see both immediate action and longer term work on social care being done!

Social Care has been a big problem for years due to Tory cuts.
Labour is taking immediate action on interim recommendations by Louise Casey's review.

The Casey Commission | Independent Commission on Adult Social Care
The Casey Commission: the Independent Commission on Adult Social Care
A year ago, the Labour government instructed Louise Casey to carry out an Independent Commission on Adult Social Care.
This is a major piece of work to fundamentally transform the care sector and will take a long time.
But Baroness Casey said she would feedback with any immediate actions...

Ed Conway now doing a long explainer on why his long explainer 5 days ago saying "Oil will reach $100 a barrel in hours" was completely wrong...
Now he's scaremongering about helium, sulphuric acid & the inability to store oil, gas etc even though there are 2 months production storage in Saudi.π

Home Office may forcibly remove child asylum seekers from UK in handcuffs
Move is part of scheme to target families for expedited voluntary removals before enforced removal proceedings
#ClickBaitJournalism
This headline is about as relevant to the story beneath it as one saying "Councils will crush cars left on an expired parking meter".
The story outlines all means of removing people with no right to be in the UK, including voluntarily.

Leak from secret UK meeting about US attacks on Iran a travesty, says Lammy
Justice secretary calls for inquiry into reports of cabinet splits at national security council over use of British bases
What *actually* happened:
We've all been in meetings.
We file in, sit down, get an Agenda for discussion.
The Chairman reads each item, its discussed, minuted, agreement reached & action points issued.
The Chairman's (Starmer) job is neutral control.π

So good to have a sensible, intelligent, grown up PM during this crisis, after years of terrible PMs.
The thought of any other current party leader dealing with this really scares me.

Almost nobody in the media reported on the former Tory Government's sweeping power grab of the electoral commission. This week Labour have announced that they will reverse what Boris Johnson did and return the commission to independence.
Ofcourse Labour will get absolutely no credit for doing this

TLDR?
The *Tory Government* didn't bother writing a law to allow them to seize & search asylum seekers phones, & didn't keep records of who they took them from (incredibly).
That was illegal, & courts awarded compensation (rightly).
Only ~60 asylum seekers involved.
Labour has now written a law.

In this case, omission of details and fact twisting which makes people blame Labour rather than the Tories.

Yeah - every smoker "just stops".
Problem is, most smokers start again after a few hours, a day, a week.
Cold turkey *doesn't work* for most people.
Thats why I developed my common sense, scientifically based, *free* method, which *everyone* can use to quit smoking.
It's helped hundreds of people
