Yeah, it was quite a tangible goal to be able to achieve. I felt pretty miserable going last year as I just felt gigantic. It's so good to have lost a good amount of weight since then

Back home from Blackpool Pleasure Beach now. The queue times were long and it was getting overcast and chilly so I didn't really feel like hanging around. In total, I did Icon twice and Avalanche and Nickelodeon Streak once. I'll certainly be back again, hopefully when the weather is a bit warmer

I did Avalanche right afterwards and now need a bit of a rest as apparently I'm not as young as I used to be 😆. Probably wont be spending all day here but happy to get a few rides in. I've got the whole year to come back and hopefully with other people (let me know if you fancy visiting)

Icon done. What a rush! I was a bit worried at first that I was still too big as the seatbelt wouldn't close. Turns out it was just tangled and when untangled it was fine. It feels like such a massive achievement to have been able to ride it, it shows how much weight I've lost

First ride! Last time I tried to ride this (last summer), I couldn't even fit in the fat boy seats. Let's see how I get on this time

Fun fact, it's harder to get hold of a copy of Zootopia 2 on 4K at a reasonable price than it was to get a RTX 3080 back in 2021. Disney decided to only make it available in the US and also make it a very limited edition. There's no other way to get it in 4K other than streaming. I want to own it!

Spoke with Disney and they could only suggest the company they use to pack parcels did something weird. I've no use for a pair of size 4 women's shoes. Gonna donate them to a charity shop

I am so confused. I received an order from Disney via Evri today while I was out from work. The box looked really worse for wear as it had been retaped up which I don't normally expect from Disney. Inside was my order but also a pair of Women's shoes from a completely different shop. What the heck?

Does anyone remember the TV show 24? It was a show that took place in real time and kept each episode exciting with the ongoing drama. It had many seasons which were never as good as the first. Now we've got Hijack which does the same exact thing right down to the lacklustre 2nd season
