Kids have gotten deep with AI generated stuff because they’re told their job is to generate a bunch of papers to get a degree with no real connection between having the skills that make the degree valuable. It’s just checking off tasks you’re told you must do without understanding why.

I know my father spent a lot of time saying school is your job and you shouldn’t enjoy your job because if you did you would do it for free. He hated science teachers who made science fun because it didn’t count if you enjoyed it. I feel like this attitude ruins learning for a lot of people.
