Your server has to connect to Resend. Could be that your host's firewall is blocking outgoing SMTP traffic.
Also make sure the domain is in Resend and DNS settings verified
If you're talking about Resend (the email service) just use SMTP using the credentials in the settings (ports and encryption don't matter) and your API key as password
