Melatonin ever night helps me sleep a lot better
I also find the hardest nights to get to sleep are after Iβve been too tired to do anything all day. Getting some outdoors time or exercise helps with that
Apparently, there is an exactly 50% chance you win or lose either going first or second. Not only that, it is exactly even odds no matter how many bullets are in the chamber, as long as it is an even number.

You probably shouldn't turn that off to match the designs, but that's why it happens
Fwiw I read a comment on reddit from someone studying disinformation who said that while there are plenty of bots, the impact they had on changing peoples minds was pretty minor and there really are just a lot of people out there with weird political views
Went over the other side of the wall to see if Elon was kicking up a fuss about bsky, only to find that I have been forcibly made to follow him, despite never doing so and having him muted

Did my first overnight century from Sydney to Newcastle over the weekend. Brutal, but so much fun
This is weapons-grade cuteness. Please put a warning on this
