A place called Pargo’s in Frederick, MD. The “Cheesy Bubble Bread” was their claim to fame. Far from the best restaurant ever but my kids (little, at the time) loved it so much. They had a basket of little toys to pick from on your way out like it was a pediatric dentist’s office.
