Time for some of that solar power

You may not believe that new-builds lower rents, but your landlord does.
But we're not a rich country like Portugal.
A white Bluesky brand microwave oven sits on a blue countertop against a tiled kitchen wall. The microwave features a large viewing window with a yellow-tinted internal light visible through the mesh.
@bsky.app diversifying I see.
A close-up, angled shot shows the back of a white plastic airplane seat. A small upper pocket contains a "SAFETY INFORMATION CARD" for a "737 MAX" aircraft and a promotional brochure for "ATMOS REWARDS" mentioning a "65,000 BONUS." Two small sticker labels are visible on the left side: The top one reads: "Handy pocket for literature only" The bottom one reads: "Stow device holder during taxi, takeoff, and landing" The top of a gray leather headrest is visible on the left, and a white plastic latch for a tray table is positioned on the right. A blue banner on the literature encourages passengers to visit "ALASKAWIFI.COM."
This β¨handyβ¨ pocket is ONLY for literature. You can put Tolstoy in here, but Dan Brown has to go under the seat.
Or is it just the energy part of the code?
OK, would this prevent us from adopting single-stair reforms? :/
Wouldn't this be cataclysmic for transportation in Seattle? How is this an option?
The daddy mac'll make you...
This is incredible.
I don't see a throttle, but I'm guessing it does 45+ kph
Whereas I got ZSH (shingles without the rash) and it turns out that one can regularly kill you! It's also hard to diagnose!
Get the shot.
They also endorsed against me, lol.
It's not just Seattle. The two things I wish I could get cities to understand are:
1. We have to think of cycling as real transportation and not simply recreation and
2. Transportation planning is not about predicting, it is about choosing.
A few years ago, Bill Nye the science guy debated creationist Ken Ham about evolution. The last question was "what would change your mind?"
Bill Nye said "Evidence."
Ken Ham said "Nothing can possibly change my mind about this."
I think about that a lot.
A CAPTCHA image with the instruction, "Pick all animals related to the one shown." The reference image in the top right is a fish. The grid below has nine heavily stylized and distorted images: five images of elephants (some wearing hats), three images of cats wearing pirate hats, one image of a fish (which is currently selected with a checkmark), and one image of a cartoon shark.
@hankgreen.bsky.social thanks to you I now have a lot to say about this CAPTCHA.
Honestly looks more like the "Severe Damage" photo from my CERT training. Don't go in!
They are beating people who maybe once had a broken taillight and sending them to foreign slave prisons while freeing the worst fraudsters and every corrupt pol. The juxtaposition is so stark and appalling.
Confident we can get away with higher utilization on this tunnel? π§
Never again will Germans kill Jews in the 1930s
βBetween 2010 and 2022, structural fires in Berkeley injured an average of 2 people per year, while between just 2017 and 2022, traffic accidents injured or killed an average of 694 people annually.β
Kudos to @liveablekirkland.org!
Some people live in the 21st century.
I know that if I knew it was going to get dark early, I would definitely not want to sit outside during the day. I mean, just the anxiety alone about the impending early darkness would keep me away. Same with riding my bike.
