Yeah, it took me a while, but I'm happy that I found someone that I vibe with on all levels. I guess it helps that they're cute too, lol.

I say this to (hopefully) warn others. Think about what your connection to this person actually means. Do you see them as an actual human being or an anchor point to stop yourself from falling into loneliness?

Took me a while to realize it, but many times over the past 2 years, I've had many short-lived flings which I masqueraded as "love" to attempt to fill a hole with something I lost. This isn't the way. It only paves the way for disappointment, depression, and low self-esteem.

Try to keep stuff like this on the down low, but I can't help how overjoyed it makes me. It feels nice to find that special someone after 2 years of trial and error. It's a feeling of pure elation 💞

Discord won't necessarily make an id check mandatory for everyone, but they can classify you as either a teen or an adult based on preexisting data they've collected on you (which isn't good still, but it should be made clear)

Don’t mistake any of this as me being complacent. Giving your ID to Discord is a no-go. Especially considering the fact that they got hacked not even 5 months ago.

Feels like an endless cycle at this point. People try to switch to alternatives like TeamSpeak and Matrix, but I guess that doesn't work out due to the majority of people they know still residing on Discord.

Canceling discord nitro aint gonna make em reconsider shit really. It'd be cool if it did, but how many times can we threaten to stop supporting them, only for them to renege on their decision and try again in a couple months?
