I have a Grovana Key West diver watch on my wrist for NYE. I recently fixed the dial and pressed the minute hand back in place. The wristband also needed an extension so I could wear it.

Sometimes, all your watch needs is a polish of its crystal with a polishing agent (like Polywatch). It won't take out the deep scratches but it makes the dial much more visible!
