I just discovered Firefox finally added support for tab lists in the side instead of on-top. As an ultrawide monitor person, I'm very very pleased by this development.

I always laughed at how many open tabs people had open in their browser. I've always been a "one tab" kinda person.

And then I started running my own business. That uh...that humbled me a bit.

Is anyone actually using those AI-based scheduling tools? Are any of them actually any good? I'm talking about the ones that help you plan your agenda or whatever.

I'm really beginning to notice that using AI effectively is, itself, a skill. People always position it as a magic solution, but you can DEFINITELY tell when someone lazily copypasta's an AI response vs using AI to help them cultivate a thoughtful reply.

Saying thank you at this point feels so pitifully inadequate. So grateful for your contributions over the years.

Today was a big day for my agency. We closed a good-sized retainer with a client, and I never met the client myself.

My salesperson worked the deal, another teammate handled the contract, and our ops system is handling the fulfillment.

I'm so giddy I can hardly stand it!

What's the point of ordering online if they don't start making it until you get there?! That's what gets me.

I feel like I've been really re-discovering the '80s. It was a great time for music.

I've been using Rocket.net for my hosting lately, and I've been really loving their support and setup in-general. Been moving most of my clients over to it just because it's been rock-solid.

It depends on the site. Is it a WordPress site? Shopify? Something else?

Iโ€™ve been coming out to the campground in the afternoons to work, ride my bike, fly kites, and play fetch with Phoebe. As you can see, Phoebe approves.

How to Regain Momentum After a Stalled Launch Feeling stuck after your launch excitement fades? If you're tired of watching your sales slow to a crawl and frustrated by marketing tactics that barely move the needle, you're not alone. Here's how t...

If you've got a proven product that had a good launch, maybe you can replicate that success with another audience. With a little forethought, and intelligent cross-promotion, there's a lot of potential here.

The best part is that this creates a repeatable way for you to launch your product time, and time again without exhausting your audience in the process.

Partner launches solve this problem. Instead of depending solely on your resources, you leverage established trust and engagement from the audience of complementary businesses who DO have the infrastructure, audience, and relationships you don't yet have.

Traditional ongoing campaigns like SEO and ads rely heavily on your own infrastructure, audience, and relationships, and content which takes time to develop.

They're all important, but most businesses need $$$ well before that traction kicks in. (I know I did!)

Early-stage businesses typically don't have a mature email list, consistent traffic, or deep relationships yet. And a traditional launch, with great effort and some luck, will give you a brief spike of sales, but as soon as the window closes, most business go back to square one.

Let's talk about one of my favorite partnership strategies - the partner launch.

If you've already validated your product and proven there's a demand, but you don't yet have a huge audience of your own, partner launches offer an amazing way to get a boost in traction and growth.

Tuesdays and Thursdays are my "meeting days". I schedule all of my meetings on these days. The consequence is that these days are INSANELY busy, but Monday, Wednesday, and Friday end up being a lot more productive as a result.

But WOOF am I tired after a very chatty Thursday!
