Just speculating, but I think it is easier for most board gamers to chuck the flavor of the game to min/max their next action and get more points. The people I enjoy playing RPGs care about the flavor and story more.

That depends, I'd play most of them if people said we need one more player.

Azul for something quick. Shogun (reimplementing Wallenstein, not the game with many names) if I want something longer.
A number of non-white off-duty cops have reported that ICE grabbed them then set them free, so more cops aren't willing to assist them in any way.
Having grown up in New York State, it took me a moment to understand you weren't asking for games from people that work at the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Bye-bye, Upper Deck
A reminder that anything HP related puts money in the pockets of a billionaire actively working to eradicate trans people from existence. Your money will go straight toward funding bigotry and hate. Please make your voice heard.
Now you have your next project all lined up!
Image of six icosahedron nets with the faces numbered. Text goes into detail: "All d20 layouts that are fully balanced numerically" There are only six number layouts (and their reflections) for a d20 that are optimally fair. The most common layout (where the 20 is surrounded by 2, 14, 8) is NOT numerically balanced, apart from by opposite-face sum (Which only helps negate bias from a squashed shape). d20 dice with the above layouts should roll the expected value (10.5) on average, even if their shape is squashed (common for very old, cheap, or melted dice), their center of mass is offset (common in dice with inserts, multiple materials, air bubbles), or are not fully isohedral where faces/edges are slightly different (common for handcrafted gem/glass/metal dice, and dice not evenly tumbled). Key features: - Opposite faces always sum 21 (two faces with an average value of 10.5) - Faces around each vertex always sum 53 or 52 (five faces with average value of 10.6 or 10.4) - A face's three adjacent faces always sum 32 or 31 (three faces with average value of 10.666 or 10.333) Feel free to use any of thes layouts above for your own dice to make them fairer overall.
Realised I haven't posted this here yet:
This is every possible numerically-balanced d20 layout.
If you know a dice-maker please pass this on to them - it'll make their dice roll fairer on average.

How well does it play?
Don't buy this version.
The one time I went on a business trip to Japan, one of the guys would "read" Japanese in the subway. "Half tree, little man, house - this is our stop!" and he always got us to the right station.
I enjoy Art Society. The positioning tile planning suits my playstyle.
We are missing a step of this story. Did they get rid of 4 day passes and make everyone buy four 1 day passes? or what?
As I once explained in my LiveJournal days:
* a 32-page Pathfinder adventure has 20,000 words.
* a 99.9% typo-free 32-page adventure would have 20 typos.
* thatβs a typo every 1.5 pages.
* reducing that would delay every book a significant amount.
I'd settle for 1 before and several times being valid descriptors. I don't care for the exact count if you tell me "I can't stop playing it"
This is why we had one guy in our old group that was all about reducing space. If you toss out the dividers, you can easily put TransAmerica into your copy of Ticket to Ride. He'd bring 6 boxes and 15 games.
As a retailer, I'll note that NPR Independent Radio is exclusively talking about big box stores. Honestly, trying to deal with all the independent FLGSs would be harder, it was just a something that hit me.
I had a cortisone shot in my hand to heal my trigger finger. For me, it was no big deal.
Well, that's just wrong.
I never thought much about Em dashes - until I realized that Microsoft Word was automatically changing my regular dashes to them without my knowledge.
If I could change the past, I would have really liked to see a full season 1 - then I could tell you if it was worth a season 2.
Wonderfalls
My dad used to mention a state official that cleaned his desk every night - by sweeping everything into a large desk drawer.
