Also, even if KPop Demon Hunters wins, I know it's gonna be for the wrong reasons being that it's the popular title without even watching it. And this isn't a knock on the film, it's just the sad truth given the voters admit they don't watch animated films.

It's four fucking animated movies, Margaret, it's not that hard of a job to sit down and watch for an hour and a half and then write it down on a piece of paper or text or whatever.

I think those particular Oscar voters need to be replaced.

Because singling out Cynthia Erivo and indeed all of Wicked: For Good based off of frankly racist vibes AND deliberately skipping voting for the Best Animated Feature category is unbelievably immature and unprofessional.

My conspiracy theory with the blind Oscar voter thing is that it’s all made up by the trades. So that the trades opinion on the movie industry looks more normalized.
