Digital speed painting of Avira the dragoness. She is laying on her back with all four paws int he air. Her wings are half-folded with the feathers framing her body. One paw is held outward where a blue butterfly rests on a delicately offered claw. her fuzzy tail snakes behind her, and her vibrant indigo belly scales glint fuscia in the light.

Continuing to play around with a painted style with the specific goal of being fast enough to be a feasible commission type. This particular speed painting approach wasn't it, but I think she came out nice enough to post!

Tonight I'm thinking about... Hatzel and Zeph at the start of their adventures in Eyrie, long before Saberbeak. The last saber-toothed tiger #gryphon and a copperhawk with blue eyes, abandoned by the taiga pride. Who knew how far from home their adventures would take them?
