It's an especially weird choice to make Teldrassil such a big deal for the haranir because that should make them being neutral a huge problem, yet they just ignore it like a massive elephant in the room, which they wouldn't even need to do if they didn't keep bringing it up in the first place.
Bingo, you get it. Blood elves would love a light infused tree AND it would have made the tension with the Amani cutting the trees down that much more palpable!
I remain that Harandar should have been cut from Midnight too. You had your shot with TWW, you went a different direction. Just stick with it. You would have had a better time putting it in The Last Titan, with Vordrassil right there. Why should the Thalassians care about the roots of the World Tree
This is part of why Harandar is horrible to me. It should have just been based around the roots of Elun’ahir, not all the other world trees. I just hate it. It’s a bastardizing of night elf lore, past and present.
