Anyone on our waiting list will be changed to non-residential & approved. Don’t wish to attend non-residential? Contact registration@confuzzled.org.uk & ask to be cancelled, or let your payment go "overdue" and you will be automatically cancelled.

If you need to contact the Arden, we advise doing so directly or through other booking services, and once again to not click any links sent to you in the WhatsApp messages - report and delete them.
We shared information the other day about scam texts/WhatsApp messages being sent to Arden residents. Further info is now available.
The messages appear to only be affecting users who booked with booking.com. Guests who booked through other services are not currently believed to be affected.
Following our announcement that some registrations were 'underpaid' due to an incorrect total in some emails, we have now emailed all to which this applies
Please check your inbox (and spam/social/'other')
If in doubt, check the registration payment dashboard - it will show the correct status.
You can try emailing events@confuzzled.org.uk to contact our events team directly.
We advise deleting the messages and/or reporting them to WhatsApp as spam.
We will share more information on this incident once we have it.

We've been made aware of messages sent through channels such as WhatsApp claiming to be from the Arden Hotel, containing booking information.
These messages are not legitimate, and we advise against clicking on any links contained within them.
