You could actually structure your moral code around the idea that law enforcement doesn't exist to execute people. You don't have to create perfect victim narratives, you can just refuse to accept that the state gets to kill people.

This needs more attention: Zohran SPLIT the straights with Cuomo. ALL of his margin was from LGBTQ+ voters. Every Dem who ever said “we should abandon the transes” needs this shoved down their fucking throat with a ramrod.

Been doing daily yoga for the last 2 weeks, just following 20-30 min YouTube videos.
I'm somehow shocked by how beneficial it's been 😅
I'm sleeping better, less sore, more flexible, just overall I have better energy. Every time I come back to regular yoga I realize how much I've missed doing it 🤦🏻♀️
I think of "big negative event" and justify hyper vigilance because "what if I can prevent it next time" but it's only ever a house of cards. The house doesn't get stronger, you just get better at building it
Even if that house is blown over, I'm still holding (mostly) all the cards to start again
Had a moment this weekend where I realized that I definitely over fixate on friends I've lost in big conflict and not friends I still have, or even just friends I've drifted away from.
My bias towards the negative outlook is so strong and I seem to rely on concrete negatives to justify this bias.
