You're right, the numbers we use are based on the actual followers/follows we fetch from Bluesky. So that excludes blocked, deleted and suspended accounts.

On the other hand, BlueSky has a different way to count which is somehow less accurate!

Unfollows are throttled and limited by Bluesky API rate limits.

If a user activity is flagged as suspicious by Bluesky, they send them an email with a warning. To avoid abuses, we already limit our tool to 10,000 followings (byesky.pirhoo.com/limitations).
