Creeping with the Clubs: Pride Alliance is partnering with other COD clubs to have our own Student Life Fair! Come down to room SRC 2000 for free popcorn and treats to learn about over a dozen of the clubs right here on campus!

Artist Spotlight: This months artist spotlight is Clara Schiffer! Clara finds their calling in the literary world by making bookmarks. Crafted with care to better your reading experience in style. They will also be tabling at a craft show next month! (See poster below)

Culver’s Fundraiser & T-Shirt Tote Bags: On July 14th, Pride Alliance organized a club activity of upcycling old Pride Alliance t-shirts into some homemade tote bags!
On that same day, Pride Alliance partnered with the Culver’s in Wheaton, from 5-8 pm, to fundraise money for the club! Many officers and club members showed up, resulting in a successful fundraiser!
The boxes below depict a Culver's table full of a variety of orders curtsy of our Officer team, with special appearance from Glorbo Gleebus! The picture next to that shows one of our club members in a state of distress trying to accomplish the creation of a t-shirt tote bag.
Fun Fact!: August 8th is National Sneak Some Zucchini Onto Your Neighbor’s Porch Day! Who knew, right?
Extra, Extra!: If you’re not prepared for the upcoming fall semester, join us August 11th for a Prep Day during club, 4-5:30!!
PFLAG 4th of July Parade: On the 4th of July, one of our Co-Presidents, Dante, and two members, Will and Luke, participated in the Wheaton 4th of July parade with our friends over at PFLAG! The three of them were able to walk the whole parade and hold flags and signs in support!

Wendy's Fundraiser: All day, Wednesday August 20th, Pride Alliance has partnered with Wendy’s, 305 Roosevelt Rd, Glen Ellyn, for our third fundraiser of the summer! We will be earning 30% of sales back, so please make sure to let them know you are with Pride Alliance at College of Dupage!

Pride Month: Many members of Pride Alliance met up and attended the Chicago Pride Parade! Mildly temperate weather was disrupted by a cooling sprinkle. Governor J.B. Pritzker was also spotted walking in the parade, pictured below.

Summer Pride Alliance Meetings: Pride Alliance is proud to announce an official meeting schedule for the summer semester! Pride Alliance will be meeting in SSC 1103 every Monday from 4-5:30 pm. Transform, our LGTBQ+ support group, meets immediately after Pride, from 5:30-7 pm.

Wheaton 4th of July Parade: Pride Alliance has been invited to walk in Wheaton’s 4th of July Parade to represent PFLAG DuPage! The parade begins at Main St. & Parkway at 10am and ends on Front St. in downtown Wheaton around noon. Come walk with us to support and to enhance LGBTQ+ visibility!

Oberweis Fundraiser: On Saturday, June 28th, Pride Alliance partnered up with the Oberweis in Glen Ellyn, right by COD’s main campus, for a fundraiser donating 20% of your order, raising us a total of 75 dollars!
