I think it takes skill and lots of discipline to design a good experiment with a good hypothesis. An entrepreneur's main job is to keep managing risks to their business. It's too easy to just go do what feels easier, like building, when there could be critical risks that needs testing and analyzing!
Well, I built a startup of 12 years and learned a lot in that time. Now I'm building solo, so I'm imbuing Gary with the frameworks I've used. I hope the same framework can help others either find success or fail fast! 😁

Quite often, technical people can articulate the problem they want to solve, but they forget to define the "who". The "who" is important because every step after, for building businesses and products, require you to work with the customers.
